Our company

When the waves of menopausal symptoms hit me hard at 44, I felt like I was navigating uncharted waters. No one had prepared me for this journey, leaving me feeling adrift and overwhelmed. Determined to regain control, I delved into research, seeking answers and solutions to ease my symptoms and understand this new phase of life.

My quest for empowerment led me to found Black & Peri. Recognizing the unique challenges Black women face during menopause, I wanted to create a haven where we could find understanding, support, and practical solutions tailored to our experiences. Through our coaching, courses, and community, we provide the tools and camaraderie needed to not just survive but thrive during menopause and beyond.
